I bought a new 2011 Jetta S from Commonwealth. I dealt with Joshua when purchasing the car. He was great, very friendly and well informed. Recently I visited Commonwealth VW and spoke with a friendly Salesman named Jeff, He WOWed me from the start. Jeff took the time to listen to me and what I was interested in. He then took the time in the freezing cold to show me a couple of the cars I was looking at. After earning my trust he recommended the VW CC to me. I took this for a drive and fell in love with it. It was fast, comfortable and stylish. Jeff took me through the number process and introduced me to his manager. Once we decided on a fair price I had told the sales manager that I was a little pressed for time. I have never had a dealership respond to my needs so much. The sales manager and Jeff got me through to finance and out very quickly. The delivery went well and they ensured the car was pristine before I picked it up. I would recommend anyone to buy from Commonwealth. I am 29 years old and have owned over 40 cars. more than 5 new and have never had this type of treatment at a dealership before.Thank you Jeff and Thank you Commonwealth. More

When I brought my vehicle in for it's 5000 mile service Marc explained what was going to be done and what the cost would be. I explained that I had a $10 coupon and a 10% coupon and Marc accepted the $10 c Marc explained what was going to be done and what the cost would be. I also explained that I had a problem with my directional light performance as well as the CD hanging with the display saying "WAITING" instead of playing the CD. Marc had them check the directionals (found nothing wrong) because when I brought the car in they were now working correctly. He also explained that they were ordering a replacement radio/cd player to replace the current one that was not functioning correctly. Marc told me that they would call me when they received the new radio/cd. My cost was just for the 5000 mile OIL CHANGE. Lamar has stopped by the two times I have had the car in for service and made sure that everything was acceptable to me. Lamar is the salesperson that sold me the car and I would recommend anyone wanting to buy a car to see him for a very good deal and a very pleasant experience buying a car. In the past year this is the second car that I have purchased from Lamar and Commonwealth Motors. I would and will recommend this dealership to anyone. More
