Our family went into commonwealth Nissan originally looking to test drive cars to figure out which would be the best for our family. On our way in, we were greeted by Victor. We talked about what we were looking for and went on some test drives. Both were nice vehicles, but we decided to go to Volkswagen and try out a passat. Victor was so patient and helpful! We were shopping with two children and Victor made it a point to be courteous and friendly to both of them! Long story short, we got a passat that night. On the way home my husband and I agreed that he was by the nicest car salesman we had ever met! Victor keep up the good work, we will be back! More

The financial person I dealt with was not very positive about the VW brand. I know he was trying to sell me an extended warranty however he told me that VW cars only fall in the middle of the ranking for r about the VW brand. He quoted Honda and Lexus (which Commonwealth doesn't even sell) as the most reliable cars out there. I told him that it was not good salesmanship to put doubt into the mind of a person who is about to buy a car. More

Josh was fabulous to work with. I felt like he was actually interested in putting together a deal that worked for both of us instead of feeling ripped off (which I felt at other dealerships). We started by contacting this dealer online to first get some information regarding a specific car in mind. They were the first to respond and answer all of my questions via email/phone. We were able to pick the car up within a few days and he then took about 20mins to explain all of the aspects of the car in detail and how to work all the accesories. Left another local dealership/service center after years of faithful service because I was unhappy with the service. My family and I have bought 12 cars from that dealership in the last 12 years and they di of faithful service because I was unhappy with the service. Was recommended to go to Commonwealth by a friend and had nothing but an amazing experience working with Riggie. He was able to find 4 RECALLS that I was never informed about with my other dealer, and took my long list of complaints and worked through them one by one. I still have some work that needs to be done that I have to get approved through VW themselves (as it was work that was complained about before the warranty was up but was never taken care of by the original dealer) but every single item Riggie was able to help me with, he did. I look forward to a new, long-standing relationship with this dealer and hope to bring my family's business here as well for future vehicle purchases. More
