On a Tuesday afternoon I made an appointment to have my GTI serviced on Wednesday - they were able to fit me in no problem. Arrived early a.m., and was promptly (very promptly) given a complementary rid GTI serviced on Wednesday - they were able to fit me in no problem. Arrived early a.m., and was promptly (very promptly) given a complementary ride to my office. Very friendly and courteous driver. Problem with my vehicle was a malfunctioning fan blower assembly. Turns out it was under warranty. Was updated on the status just after lunch time; vehicle was ready to go. Techician ran a scan to see if any service was needed per manufacturer. It was suggested that the DSG be serviced due to age and mileage. NO PRESSURE to perform service - simply was given the manufacturer recommendation. I decided to have it serviced. Car was ready by 5pm same day. I needed a ride back to the shop, so the shuttle came to get me. Was actually WAITING for me. Another very courteous and friendly driver picked me up. Back at the shop, an attenedant escorted me to the cashier, and walked me through each item on my bill. Am very satisfied, and would recommend Commonwealth to anyone owning a VW. I love my GTI!
