I had another great experience at Commonwealth Volkswagen this past President's Day. I traded in my leased Honda Pilot for a 2013 Volkswagen Passat. After purchasing my car Josh told me he would call me in a week to see if I had any questions or concerns, and he did. I also received a call from the service department within a week letting me know if I need anything to give them a call. Ultimately I believe I received a great deal from Commonwealth Volkswagen in Lawrence, MA. This wasn't my first purchase from this dealer and most likely will not be my last. Thank you. More

I just purchased a Tiguan from Jonathan Crotty. This is my second car I've purchased from Volkswagen. I mainly came back to this dealership for the excellent service I have been receiving for the past fou my second car I've purchased from Volkswagen. No matter when I want an appointment, the service department always accommodates me. They continually update me on when parts of my car will need replacement, always giving me notice so that I can plan ahead. The shop is beautifully set-up with coffee and snacks and a large screen television while you wait. Shuttle service to and from the Lawrence train station is a wonderful convenience when I leave my car during the week. It's a great dealership with a wonderful staff of people to assist you with any questions you have. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. More

I went into commonwealth VW to take a look at the new volkswagen jetta. I was instantly greeted by Jeffrey Mercedes. From the start I told him I wasn't ready to buy his responds was ,"I understand, I'm n volkswagen jetta. I was instantly greeted by Jeffrey Mercedes. He asked me a couple questions, for example what car interested me the most along with what features that caught my intention best. Jeffrey was EXTREMELY friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. We drove the car and we walked through service. Never had such an enthusiastic sales guy. Whenever I'm ready to buy I will MOST DEFFENTALY be back to come see Jeffery first. Searched dealers for a quote for a new 2013 jetta sportswagon TDI. Commonwealth came back with the best quote. $1200 better than the original dealer I was working with. When I visited the dealership, they honored the quote with no questions asked even after it was clear they did not have the exact color we wanted and need to bring it in from out of state. Additionally they offered us 40% more on the trade than the orignal dealer. The transaction went thru very smoothly and there were no suprises. I would recommend everyone to try them last for the best price and service. More

I hate buying cars...period. I don't like the process and especially the payments. However owning a vehicle is a necessity and occasionally needs to be done. I purchased a Pre-Owned 2004 Jeep Liberty from Josh at Commonwealth Motors. I did not shop them last. I shopped them first. A week before I used their shopuslast.com website to see what cars they had available in my price range and decided on the Jeep Liberty. I was not expecting a pleasurable experience, but Josh, Ron, and the rest of the staff I met were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The weather was very inclimate; and although I was the only customer that morning, there was never any pressure. The jeep was imaculte. It looked as it it just came off a showroom. My hats off to the people who cleaned and detailed it. On the test drive Josh pointed out the features of the car, but didn't made me feel like it was a test drive...more like a drive to the store. I got a a fair price on my trade-in and I fair price on the Jeep. I financed the Jeep through Commonwealth Motors. Since the Jeep is a 2004, Ron went the extra mile to obtain the financing I wanted to get me in my price range. Josh took care of the registry and insurance business. All I needed to do was come back the following day and pick it up. On the whole a very nice, unstressful, and efficient experience. I would shop them first again More
