Great service I recently had my car serviced at Commonwealth Motors. The service was thorough and included a report both written and verbal. All of the service employees that I dealt with were pleasant, efficient and friendly and made me feel that I was getting personalized care. Coffee and cookies were available for all which was a pleasant surprise. The service included what they call Honda multipoint misc. which is 21 inspection/check that includes inspect exhaust system for leaks, damage, and loose parts, inspect for wheel bearing free play Inspect axles, driveshaft(s) U-joints and CV joints/boots, inspect engine mounts, inspect transmission mounts, inspect fuel tank, lines, and connections, inspect air cleaner element, fill windshield washer fluid, check power steering fluid level and condition, check engine oil level and condition, check engine coolant level and condition, check brake fluid level and condition, check transmission fluid level and condition and more. We learned when we bought his first car from Kia, we got a deal that we had no choice but to do as the trade in car was not going to last another week, and he accepted a job that is a great distance away. We bought my car from Iban Rojas a little over a year or so ago roughly. And we were amazed I knew I was coming back. I referred my friend Lisa who just bought a car there a few weeks ago. After hearing about her experience I learned it really does matter who your sales person was. Unfortunately for her Iban was not there so she was given a rep named Anthony who was new but didn't tell her. Long in the short he was not as nice as Iban and John. But regardless, Iban and John Murray, I can't express enough how much they earned our trust. They knew right away we were not going to buy a car we couldn't afford. They knew our goal for a monthly payment. And they never feared about us not getting a rate in the realm we were looking for. We left the dealer to run home really quick and go back. When we got back they had the car all ready to go.... we were not expecting to buy a car today let alone drive home in it.... But as it turned out our plan to look for a car when we were not in dire need of a new car kind of worked and kind of didn't. They found out during their inspection that Richie's catalytic converter was going... his car was at the kia dealer a little over a month ago and they didn't even foresee any problems or upcoming problems to occur. His former car was a 2010 and my former car a 2002 saturn which lived a lot longer then his kia.. Regardless, John and Iban along with the other managers were concerned for his car to die out before the trade in. And it wasn't until the drive back that we actually felt the problem with his car as it didn't give us any trouble before today. So along with John and Iban there is someone hire then all of us looking for our best interest. But I was impressed that John and Iban and their team were concerned enough for our safety and I know their best interest as well to take our former car in today. John worked his magic with finance. He had everything ready for us for when we returned and it was exactly where we needed it with minor tweaking. John and Iban remembered us from the last time. John especially remembered bits of our conversation from when he did the finance for my car. He remembered our previous credit scores right down to the Megadeth Tshirt my husband wore. As always he was very friendly and personable. The way a friend would be. They are people I would invite to a cook out.... We were so happy... again... that we gave John a great... BIG BEAR HUG!!!!! We don't know much about cars, so we always do our research before looking to buy... But we KNOW that the staff at commonwealth are willing to work with us no matter what we can afford and at the same time they are looking out for our best interest... They could have told us we can't sell you a 2015 honda fit but we can let you look at our used section... As that's exactly what is said to us at other dealers before them... Instead commonwealth says very friendly... "you're interested in a new 2015 honda.... right this way lets see how we can make this deal happen for you...." I know my review is long, but its hard to keep it short knowing how great each individual is there. A Manager Malcolm also came over briefly. We didn't speak to him long, but he was very kind and patient with us. And that is saying a lot because I will admit I was a little on edge as I have a severe cold that is blocking my hearing and the most annoying sniffles. And I was hesitant to shake hands for fear of getting any of them sick... But they were not worried.... They were very gracious and kind the whole way through. Thank you John Murray, Iban Rojas, and Malcolm! We appreciate you and what you do. And for any buyers reading this.... sorry to the other salesmen, but I strongly recommend working with Iban and John. Iban knows so much about each car out on the lot and takes the time to show you how to use the technology. You can tell he loves his job..! And John really takes things to the mats with you for getting you what you need on finance and he is a world of knowledge when it comes to finance, cars, and anything really. Just a group of great guys! I won't go with anyone there but them as my friend didn't have a good experience with Anthony from the Nissan place there. They told her Iban could work with her, but he wasn't there that day and unfortunately she couldn't wait any longer with her lease... So point is, go with Iban and John Murray with Malcolm... they look out for you as they really just want you to be happy with them. It shows to. Test drove a couple others, but I decided to move on and try a competitor. As I was on my way, the salesman from Commonwealth, John Thompson, called me to say the '09 had become available again. I went back to buy it. During the process, the manager figured out the advertised price was significantly (about 20%) less than it should've been due to an error on the website. John, the salesman, had seen the advertised price on the Internet and insisted they stand by it, which they ultimately agreed to do. Uncommon to see that type of integrity these days. More

Gary made it happen. Got the colors I wanted. He took the time to call and update me on the status of my vehicle. Made sure I was 100% happy. Once I got the car...He took the time to show me all the features of my new car. Answered any questions I had. He went above and beyond. He was such a great person to deal with. I would highly recommend him and Commonwealth to all of my friends. Overall, everyone was great to work with. Thank you Gary & Commonwealth! I love my car! By the way...Keep ringing that bell!!!! Best deal and service ever. I went to Commonwealth Honda to purchase a 2015 Honda CRV-LX AWD anf found the vehicle and color and all options that I wanted. Upon working out all I went to Commonwealth Honda to purchase a 2015 Honda CRV-LX AWD anf found the vehicle and color and all options that I wanted. Upon working out all the financial arrangements and concluding the deal an agreed upon pick-up time was agreed upon and I was able to pic-up my new vehicle with all the paperwork right on time. Kudos to a great staff at Commonwealth for making this purchase haggle free and for showing a true professionalism in how they treat their customers. Shop us last should be changed in my mind to shop us first. More

worst experience in my life I went in looking for a good used car to buy, as money is tight and I knew I wouldn't get the best deal in the first place. I inquired about one vehicle that was in my price range and seemed like it would work out perfect. So I payed the first month payment and was excited. So I'm sitting In the waiting room for an hour maybe 2, and here comes macho man, he says hey come with me I think your gonna like this... next thing I hear is him say I can't get you the car you wanted, so I went ahead and got you approved for this 2011 civic, followed by if you buy the car you have to let me hug your girlfriend.. mind you I had told him in the first place I don't want a civic.. so I then proceeded to tell him that I can't do it, and that its not what I wanted and that I can't afford it because it's more than my budget. He then got pissed off and argued with me why I don't want the car now.. so then I asked for the payment back and was responded to very rudely by 2 employees who then told me they do not have to return the payment. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THEM. But Bob McClain over at commonwealth Kia is your go to guy for honest and fair service. Very professional. More

By far the best around Let me start off by saying that I absolutely dread the hassle of buying a vehicle because of the pressure, stress and haggling.....however buying a ve Let me start off by saying that I absolutely dread the hassle of buying a vehicle because of the pressure, stress and haggling.....however buying a vehicle at Commonwealth Honda has changed my feeling about the whole process of buying a vehicle. I called and spoke to Bethany Juneau she answered the phone cheerfully and I could tell that she wanted to help me and cared about my situation, she put my mind at ease and reassured me that they would do everything within their power to help me. She then offered me a VIP appointment and told me that everything would be ready including having the vehicle ready and waiting for my arrival. When I arrived I was greeted with warm smiles and I asked for Bethany who then came out and cheerfully greeted me and said that I would be working with Jerome who was fantastic as well and was happy to assist me. Bethany then told me if I need anything at all or have any questions that I could contact her as she was happy to help in anyway that she could. Jerome who had the vehicle ready for me as Bethany had promised showed me the 2010 VW Jetta and walked me through the vehicle. I already knew in my mind though that, that was the vehicle I wanted. We then proceeded back inside and Jerome walked me through what the next steps would be. I then met with Brian Philo who is the finance manager who walked me through the process of getting me approved. Now I have had difficultly getting approved on a vehicle as I am self employed and had already been to 3 other dealerships just to be turned down but Brian worked hard and spoke with the banks to get me approved on the 2010 Jetta that I wanted. He was absolutely fantastic he sat me down and went through all the paperwork slowly and made sure that I understood everything and when I had a question he explained everything down to the "T". I am now happily driving my awesome 2010 Jetta that I absolutely love! This car buying experience was by far the best I have ever had from the moment I picked up the phone and spoke with Bethany to test driving the car with Jerome and signing all the paperwork with Brian I will be sending anyone I know to Commonwealth Honda because of the phenomenal customer service I received along with the fantastic deal I got on my Jetta. Thank you Bethany, Jerome, Brian and Commonwealth Honda you have a customer for life now. When I am in need of a new vehicle Commonwealth will be the only place I go to! More
