She answered all of my questions both on the phone and through email and did everything she could to assure me that the price she quoted would be honored, and it was. Iban was the salesman who accompanied me on the test drive and answered my questions. Andre was the sales manager and I didn't have any back and forth. It was incredibly easy. Instead she worked with us and was doing everything she could to get us into a new car that would be safe for our newborn daughter. The business manager Brian Philo worked very hard to get us approved and he managed to do so in just a few days. Every time we walked in to check on the status they greeted us with smiles and reassured that they would find a way to put my family in a new, safe, and reliable car. They did it and my family and I couldn't be happier and any more satisfied. Again these people at this dealership worked with us and made magic happen and we couldn't be any happier! Thank You!!!! Luis is to be commended as well as the crew there that did their due dilligence to get me into my nice new car. I can't say enough praise about the folks there at CommonWealth. My salesman was straight and to the point and that to me is worth more than gold. Once again, i went in, looked at some cars, picked one, signed a deal and in less than 4 hours was approved and given the keys to my new car. Excellent business savy and ettiquette. First of all Ainsley my salesperson is such a down to earth person. His personality exudes comfort which made it very easy to purchase from him. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were purchasing. Once it was time to make the deal, Andre made the experience fair and enjoyable. He carries himself in a confident and respectful manner. He has the best interest of both his customers and his employer at heart creating a balance unrivaled in any car purchasing experience I have ever encountered. Brian the business manager made the final paperwork easy to get through. He explained the whole process and provided me with several options to decide from. He also made it comfortable by actually listening to personal issues and situations and finding the right course through it. Buying a vehicle is always a harrowing experience. The negotiations, the "sales" stuff, and then when it's done always wondering "did I make the right decision". These guys made it so easy and we felt so good about the sale, I went back 2 days later and bought an Accord with the same team. (The wife got the Pilot).
