excellent purchase experience We made an appointment with Commonwealth to drive a specific model as we had already made up our mind in advance. Even though it was during the winte We made an appointment with Commonwealth to drive a specific model as we had already made up our mind in advance. Even though it was during the winter storms and all the cars were inside the service area, our salesperson maneuvered a car outside and we were able to take a test drive. Our sales rep, Belle, was patient with questions, courteous and respectful. She took the time to go over all the features of the car, especially the computerized screens which were new to us. We were able to complete the purchase of the new vehicle and get a reasonable trade-in price all within 2 hours. When we returned to pick-up the car, everything was ready and Belle spent as much time as we needed to help us sync our cell phone with the blue tooth and personalize our settings. Overall, we enjoyed this car buying experience at Commonwealth Motors which was a first for us. More

I arrived at their service center without an appointment, and I needed to get my vehicle inspected. I was greeted with a friendly welcome and was given an initial estimate for how long the work would take. It’s very helpful to set customer expectations right away. I signed the service paperwork and was lead to the waiting area which is nicely equipped with coffee, cookies, a large HDTV, and many comfortable chairs. In exactly the amount of time that I was told, the service manager came back to tell me that my car was ready. He summarized the work that was done, let me know that everything looked good, and informed me where I could find my car (even down to the parking space number). I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More
