Fred, Carmen tried to find the vehicle you specifically came in on while you were here and found out the vehicle was off site at a body shop that repairs our pre-owned vehicles. We apologize that it may have taken some time to find out, but with hundreds of trades going through our dealership every month there is some investigation that needs to be done some times. He communicated to you that we would call you on Wednesday when the vehicle came in as we expected it to. Unfortunately, this is a separate business that repairs the vehicles that we cannot control and did not return the vehicle at the time we thought. He apologized when you showed up Wednesday morning and tried to explain we would put the vehicle on hold just for you and let you know as soon as it arrived. If you cannot trust his word and his honesty in finding you the vehicle you inquired on then it would be hard for us to earn your trust to purchase a vehicle. Your take to the internet to personally attack Carmen with childish analogies is obviously an indication of your moral values more than what you accused Carmen of, which was taking a little too long for your liking in trying to find the vehicle you inquired about. Gary Cole tried to follow up with you because we were trying to fulfill what we promised you in finding the specific vehicle you were interested in. If your father is not interested any more, we completely understand. We will take the sold tag out of the vehicle and make it available to other customers. Good luck with your vehicle purchase and we hope you find a nice vehicle that your father deserves.
