Once my decision was made, he put me in contact with Marshall Daniels in finance, who got me better rate, then I was pre qualified for, with my Credit union. I had looked at other dealers, actually looked at clone to the same vehicle, but after being a customer since 2003, 3 vehicles, and 1referral, they would not work with me. The team at Commonwealth, it started with a rep from service, who connected me to a very personable salesperson, and intern put me in contact with Mr. Daniels, to wrap things up. I liked what I about their team, Service, Sales, and finance worked together to get the sale completed Gary had the vehicle ready and went over everything from soup to nuts. One of my biggest "thing" besides finding a good certified car is Customer Service and interpersonal skills (like having sales people actually looking at me in my eyes and even better NOT starting to roll their eyes while I am having negotiations with their manager). Commonwealth Honda just blew away the competition and here are the reasons why: At my first appointment somebody was actually waiting for me outside +++ Everybody was very nice, polite and they actually listen to me patiently +++ I had a tour of the whole Honda facility and the place is spotless +++ The salesperson that took care of me was very helpful, knowledgeable and very polite++++ Their inventory was pretty big and they have good quality and options. +++ "Shop us last" is not just a TV add...They mean it !!
