Buying a new car for the first time can be nerve racking, but the great service and welcoming atmosphere Commonwealth provided eased the process. I met with Doug who was very knowledgeable about the car and patient during the decision making process. He sat in the car with me and went over every feature the car had to offer which only made me love it even more. Overall, the buying process went very smooth; everyone was willing to help any way they could. I got a great price for the car I wanted and could not be more grateful for the sales team at Commonwealth Motors. Thank you for making my first car buying experience a great one, I love my new car! 2007 Honda CRV So I buy 07 Used Honda CRV from Commonwealth Honda. Now used cars are NOT that reliable so I buy the premium coverage for used cars and paid extra $18 So I buy 07 Used Honda CRV from Commonwealth Honda. Now used cars are NOT that reliable so I buy the premium coverage for used cars and paid extra $1800 for that. The manager there told that if anything happens to the car, they will fix it. Recently, the windshield washer broke in the car and I went there to fix it and they said its gonna be $186 to fix. I asked them if that was covered in the coverage I took and they said NO. The car wasn't even in any accident. Faults like these keep coming up and they are not covered in the coverage plan so I have to pay even more freaking money. I hope they didn't sell me a faulty car. There database is not even updated. They try to look my car up and they had the previous owner's license plate #. More

They would not take responsibility for it and said they could not fix it because it was attached to the airbag assy and it would cost one thousand dollars for a new airbag. I looked on line and the air bag is half that price. I did not think they should have to replace the entre air bag just for the scratched emblem but they could still have figured out a way to do something. Lee and Tish the service manager stated that there was nothing they could do. I have had 5 cars from them and the last 2 or 3 deals they were very difficult to deal with and service has been no picnic either. I guess shame on me for continuing to go back. When my current lease in done in six months its time to move to another dealership! More

He said that it could be done during this same visit, though my time estimate increased to 90 minutes. Soon, the place was was packed with service customers, so I expected to wait longer than estimated. But sure enough, I drove off 90 minutes later. Very pleased. More
