AMAZING I went in to look for a new car since my lease was up in a few weeks. I went to the desk and right away a sales rep came up to help me, his name was A I went in to look for a new car since my lease was up in a few weeks. I went to the desk and right away a sales rep came up to help me, his name was Aldolfo. I told him exactly what I was looking for and was really nervous because I have had some credit issues and was worried I was going to end up without a car at the end of my lease. I told him I wanted a certified preowned car. We went out and looked at the cars. I found once I really liked. came back in and started looking for deals. My sales person was really knowledgeable about the cars and really wanted to get me the best deal possible. Once we agreed on numbers it was time to talk to a finance manger in order to get approved. THe experience was above and beyond what I expected from the start I spoke with Brian Philo!! He was honestly a life saver. He got all of the information he needed he listened to my story, and really told me everything upfront about what could happen. I left the dealership on Saturday, so much more relaxed. Monday afternoon I got a call from Brian and it was the best new!! He was able to get me approved, something that I really didn't think he was going to be able to do!! Brian was even able to speak with me about some personal way to help get my credit score back up!! TODAY I GO AND PICK UP MY 2015 HONDA CIVIC!!! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. They care about he customer and I really didn't feel like I was dealing with the typical car salesman that just wants to make money but was really dealing with a person who cared about me like family.!! 2016 Civic I went in looking for a new car after getting email about the buy back program.
