Such a great experience !!!!!!! I came in trying to get into a car with my husband. We both don't have a lot of credit !!!! Brian Philo was able to make magic work!!!!!! Great service, better people. I knew I was going to have to find a dealership that was going to listen and be willing to work with me so I would be able to buy a new car. I knew my I knew I was going to have to find a dealership that was going to listen and be willing to work with me so I would be able to buy a new car. I knew my credit score was low and after trying various other dealers I was about to give up, luckily I didn't and I ran into Jane and John. Jane was great by showing me the car and helping me get everything started and kept reassuring me that she had a good feeling about me getting approved. She was quick and thorough and got me to the finance team as smoothly as possible. That was when John took over, I don't have much car buying experience considering I'm only 25 but I can't imagine there are many people as good as John. Not only did he make me feel like I was a family member from how outgoing he is right off the bat, but he also worked with me and multiple banks to get me approved. He didn't give up and just say tell me I was screwed, he kept trying and somehow he was able to work some magic and get me approved on a great deal for my situation. You've got a customer for life if you keep hiring employees like Jane and John. More

I have always appreciated the good service and the very reasonable prices, considering the certifications and original parts used. The service advisors are polite and mindful of my time when I arrive and they keep me informed whenever there's a recommendation or something that they find should be addressed. I think waiting areas are nice, clean, and well maintained; there's always fresh coffee and cookies. More

The dealership is good, but the sales manager is not. Everything was good except for Steve C. He didn't bother to meet us and treated us as if we were passing time, not to forget, we had given our Credit Everything was good except for Steve C. He didn't come even after requesting him to come while we were buying the car.. Instead he increased the price by 50$ and wrote it in Bold RED letters. So we insisted him to come after that, post which he finally came and did apologize for the sake of it. Even then we bought the car as we liked the car. When we went for the paper work the next day. The new car had 294 miles on the new car, so we were requesting to bring down the price a little more, but he didn't budge or negotiate. But we went ahead with the deal due to lack of inventory elsewhere. When we made the final deal, he didn't come to greet us. So I think there is some sort of approach issue here. But anyways we are really happy with the Sales person - Jessie who helped us till the very last day. He was really really courteous. More
