Service - Outstanding Recently received notification of a Honda Civic recall so I called Commonwealth Motors to schedule an appointment. When I called they asked if the next day was OK which was incredibly fast. I arrived (1) hour early fro my appointment expecting to wait for my scheduled time but they serviced my call immediately, which was excellent. I was able to use my laptop with the WiFi service they had while I continue to work. The waiting room had a large screen TV and coffee - nice accommodations. My car was ready in (1) hour. Service representative that initiated the work order - Glen - was outstanding. Friendly and helpful. When leaving, he wrote he wrote a personal note on the work order papers of "Go Sox" since he noticed my keys had the Red Sox emblem which I thought was a nice touch. Accommodating and speedy I recently leased a new CRV, my second through Commonwealth Motors. My old one needed service so it was out of commission and my lease just so happene I recently leased a new CRV, my second through Commonwealth Motors. My old one needed service so it was out of commission and my lease just so happened to be up. Jane and Tony helped me with both sides of my issue. They worked together to make sure it was not interfering with my life and work commute. I went in on a Saturday, found my new car (at my goal price) and on Monday I had the car ready to drive before work! I received updates on my old cars condition and instructions of how to go through the end of term process at home. I really could not ask for more painless and friendly service!
