I was confident about the fact that Brian would be able to help me get a good deal and rate as he did in the past. Any issues I have ever had have been immediately taken care of. The service people are above the ordinary. Before purchasing this Honda I always owned a volvo and changed mainly because of the poor service by the Dealerships. Their response to an issue was it is time to buy a new car; not fix the issue. He is professional, honest, and really cares to get his customers the best rate possible. I had never seen a finance manager that was this honest and helpful in my life, as Brian is. Last year we purchased a used Honda from Aleksa Auto in Salem, NH and we were tricked into an extremely high payment, but Brian helped us fix this problem. We traded in our old Honda and he helped us to purchase two 2017 Honda Accords. The monthly payment for 1 of the new 2017 Honda Accord was less than we were paying for the old 2013 Honda Accord. Brian Philo is the best and I highly recommend him! More
