They both went above and beyond in customer service. I would not recommend any other dealership to anyone looking for a new, used or leased vehicle. I had NO credit, not bad credit, but no credit, which I found out was worse than bad credit. I walked into the dealership on a late Thursday afternoon afternoon and was greeted warmly by Ainsley and he began to work on the impossible, how to get someone with no credit into a car. I had just started a new job, and had recently moved requiring me to travel to my new job, and then my 20 year old car died. I had never bought a new car before, knew nothing about auto loans or financing, and was stressed that I may lose my job because of my inability to get myself there. Ainsley and Brian were both amazing at not just explaining everything I needed to know about auto loans and financing, honestly and straightly with no typical "car salesman" word games, but Brian went above and beyond in setting up everything for me, even the insurance. They both worked hard to find the right, and best, deal for me. Three business days later I drove off in my 2017 Honda Civic. We decided a lease was the best way to go, and I am supremely happy with the entire experience. I can't imagine doing business with any other dealership and HIGHLY recommend Commonwealth Honda, Brian Philo and Ainsley Brown! More

Came at a crossroads with the exact vehicle I wanted but he said I had a few options I could try to get the one I want. So when I returned the following Tuesday we sat back down and talked numbers and around where I wanted my payments then looked at almost the same vehicle just a few less features which I was pleased with so from there we talked with john about my credit and what I would be approved for. After they both helped me acquire the loan I was very happy to fill out paperwork and be signing a deal on a brand new 2017 Honda Civic sport. They were both straight shooters and up front with me which I was grateful for and would recommend them both to anyone I know looking for a new vehicle. More

Being from NH, there were a couple extra steps to driving the car out when purchased, it wasn't stressful. Carmen Coviello, Honda sales manager, hooked my family and I with Jane Moran, Honda Consultant. She sat us down and got us right to the point. Granted, this is my first new car ever, I was picky about the color. I went in, watching reviews the day Honda HRV came out with Mulberry. A color that is metallic deep purple in the sun, slate gray/blackish in shade. Immediately, she got onto her computer and looked at when the next delivery would be, what she could add. Mulberry, Gray being the only two options with the LX AWD model. For a 2017 model, it was a price we wouldn't beat. We added the remote started in as well. The car was to be shipped in June 20th of this year, then next thing I know I receive a text from Jane saying my car has arrived and she will start to add the remote starter in if still wanted-yes. The first time we walked out after putting a downpayment on the vehicle, Jane stayed in touch with me via phone throughout the whole process. Making sure that I was in the loop, and got the car to my fit my needs was truly important to me. John Murray is a funny and friendly guy to work with. He knows what he is doing, dials/talks on the phone faster than I've ever seen and isn't afraid to push for what you want. Carmen as well made sure we were comfortable at all times, selected the reps he knew we would connect well with, and all of us left happy in the end. I would highly recommend this dealership and sales reps mentioned above to family and friends in the future! More
