Without making a prior appointment, I arrived at their service center on 22May17 to get a state inspection. Enrique Soto greeted me immediately, asked about the reason for my visit, and quickly informed me that the state inspection would take about 1.25 hours. Enrique walked me over to his station, and looked up my service record. He quickly drafted up the paperwork, reviewed it with me so that I fully understood the work being performed, and escorted me to the waiting room area which has plenty of comfortable seating along with coffee and cookies. The service was completed on time, and Enrique promptly came to the waiting area to inform me that everything looked good. I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More
