Jane was professional, courteous, polished and lovely to work with. She and the dealership stood behind the vehicle even after my daughter moved to Florida for her job and there was a minor issue with the vehicle. Jane stepped in immediately and took care of everything for us. There was no question when I decided to switch brands (I was a loyal VW owner) that I would contact Jane once again for her expertise when I was looking at a new Civic. I was delighted by the professionalism Jane displays. I wasn't 100% certain she'd be able to get me the vehicle I wanted, but she did it again!
