Great experience The first time I walked into Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence, I was pleasantly surprised. I was ‘acknowledged’ by each employee I walked pass; no head The first time I walked into Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence, I was pleasantly surprised. I was ‘acknowledged’ by each employee I walked pass; no heads-down, walking hurriedly passed me to someplace or someone else. I was helped by Jane Moran and never felt any pressure at any time. I haven’t bought a car since 2010, and I was dreading the task. Not at Commonwealth Honda, and not with Jane. I’ve already passed along my positive experience to all my family and friends. It was a pleasant surprise when I found I wasn’t dreading follow-up interactions. Jane responded quickly to my post-visit calls/emails/texts. I always felt I was being treated with respect and honesty. (I did purchase there after I visited two other dealerships.) More
My experience with general manager Steve Consoli My husband and I are longtime customers with Commonwealth motors. When we purchased our car 3 years ago we were told by the sales person that we would My husband and I are longtime customers with Commonwealth motors. When we purchased our car 3 years ago we were told by the sales person that we would never have to pay for an oil change again. Fast forward to today when I found out that wasn't true and that the sales person embellished the information. I went to the general manager Steve Consoli and explained the misinformation. He checked our account and said that I was mistaken. I said that we didn't notice the information during the sale since the format for buying a Honda had changed and the accessories were added in after. I mentioned that we were surprised by this way of sales since in the past we had negotiated the total cost. He said then "don't get the accessories" hardly a response for a gm to say to an unsatisfied customer. I said I am familiar with the process of buying a new car and he stated that he had sold thousands of cars! We drive 40 minutes to co.e to Commonwealth. No longer. He could have resolved this better and kept a customer. More

Unprofessional and rude Sales, ridiculous requested deposit We went to commonwealth Honda after communicating through emails with Paula (Internet Sales Professional) earlier about purchasing 2019 Odyssey Elite. We went to commonwealth Honda after communicating through emails with Paula (Internet Sales Professional) earlier about purchasing 2019 Odyssey Elite. She booked as the appointment at 12.15pm on Sunday 6/24/18 and assured that someone will be there and ready for us. When we got there, were greeted by a salesperson named "Khasin Lopez". He didn't know why we were there, and looked us up. We told him we wanted to buy the 2019 Odyssey for our business. He tried to talk us to buy 2018 model, this guy kept talking and talking about the 2018, but we said no we came here for the 2019 modle. He asked what were we looking for? I said if the deal was good and we were happy with the deal, we were ready to do the paperworks today. We were hoping that he would show us the numbers and explain how things/process worked, but NO. Here is the most ridiculous part of that whole process, a guy (who I believe this Khasin salesperson claimed as a manager) yelled across the showroom said $3,000. Then Khasin said to us we needed to put a non-refundable $3,000 deposit for this 2019 Odyssey. He said there are only 2 out there in the whole region, they needed to swap the car with another dealership and cut them a check. I asked what the difference between their minimum $500 and maximum $3,000 deposit. His answer was $500 deposit was for customers who needed to run to the bank, my case needed to be $3,000 and no idea how long it is going to take to get the car. He said could be couple months. Are you kidding me???? Commonwealth Honda wanted a customer to put $3,000 deposit on the car that your sales didn't even know when and where it's coming from. This sales guy could at least be more professional by trying to give us the most information that he could, but NO and he didn't even let us talk. He even said if Rockingham Honda has the car we wanted, we could just go there. Seriously?? We recently reserved a 2019 Acura RDX, they only asked for $1,000 deposit. We bought cars from Commonwealth before, we also did the services here, but this whole experience was just terrible. Before we walked away, we asked to see Paula who set this appointment up for us, but he refused. We finally walked away. Khasin walked to outside of the building to those other guys at the front. They all gave us the dirty look. More
