Without making a prior appointment, I've given Commonwealth Honda an excellent review because of their quality work and outstanding customer service. Without making a prior appointment, I arrived at their service center on 09Apr18 to get a basic oil change. Anthony LaParre greeted me immediately and asked about the reason for my visit. I knew that I needed two new tires, but I only mentioned the oil change since I hadn’t called ahead for this appointment. Anthony looked up my service record and walked around my car for the usual pre-work inspection. Upon his return, he recommended that I also get two new tires since my inspection sticker was up for renewal next month, and I wouldn’t pass based on the current tread height. I really appreciated that he was thinking ahead to ensure my inspection passed. He quickly drafted up the paperwork, reviewed it with me so that I fully understood the work being performed, and escorted me to the business center where I could work quietly while waiting for my car. The service was completed on time, and Anthony promptly came to the waiting area to inform me that everything looked good. He also offered me a 10% discount on the tires. I fully recommend the service center at Commonwealth Honda for all your vehicle maintenance. More
