We made an appointment to stop by and we were taken care of right away. We met a car dealer named Gary and he was wonderful. I knew what kind of car I wanted and he didn't try to con me or leave out any useful information. With my interest in a Honda CRV, he was very attentive and answered all of my questions without taking advantage of me. Gary was very honest with me and he really made sure to go over every single detail with me until I was comfortable. This was only my second time purchasing a car and the first time was from a sleeze ball and Gary and Commonwealth Motors definitely made it a pleasurable experience for me this time around. More
Having the dealer service open til 7:00 and no appointment necessary for small problems is very convinient. I was mpressed with the quick response to my inquiry about a new car. I went online and filled out my request for a new car.I sent it three three dealers. Within minutes of my request I had an email response that the delership would be calling in about ten minutes. In ten minutes I had a call to review my request. I was given a quote at that time.The next day I test drove a honda CRV EX-L. I loved the car. Everyone from Steve Palermo to Bobby Barry from finance and the staff in the service dept were great. I was even congratulated by Charlie and Kim Daher on my purchase. I will definitely recommend this dealership. More
They want you to think they care about you and your car, but it is NOT true! My story is too long to even explain, but out of my many years of buying and getting my cars serviced this dealership is on the but it is NOT true! Follow up was bad, service was bad, customer service was bad and it seemed like nobody in that place knew what was going on!! Save yourself the trouble and stay away!!!! More
I was looking to trade in my existing Toyota Corolla for I was looking to trade in my existing Toyota Corolla for a new car. I needed something ultra reliable and I had known individuals who were happy wit I was looking to trade in my existing Toyota Corolla for a new car. I needed something ultra reliable and I had known individuals who were happy with their Hondas. I visited a number of dealers; I called each dealer beforehand. Most would not discuss what sort of deal they could be willing to make up front. I called up Commonwealth Motors and talked to a gentleman named Craig ( or is it Greg) Clarke, who told me the absolute lowest price they would be willing to offer me. I was surprised to find that the cost was less than the at cost price you see at most online research websites for the trim of the vehicle I purchased ( Honda Civic 4 dr Sedan, auto, VP). To my surprise I did not complete the deal with Clarke, but with a salesperson, Luis Cruz. Luis was probably not to happy that I had gotten a quote for that specific trim from Clarke, but I think it's the separation of the Salesperson that allowed me to negotiate a deal that I was happy with in the end. Luis helped with the sale of course, taking me for a test drive and answering my questions regarding maintenance. Hopefully I will not have to purchase another car soon, but the next time I do so I will give commonwealth motors serious consideration, if they remain upfront about how much they'll charge for a vehicle. More
I recently bought a Honda Odyssey 2010. The experience with this dealer was very good. The sales person Eliezer was really a professional and very friendly person. Their offer was good and there was no pressure, and I purchased the vehicle on the same day. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is planning to buy new Honda at a great price. More

I brought my 05 Honda Odyssey in for a Transmission fluid change. My 2 boys, (6 & 4) were actually excited to go with me. I recently went to Commonwealth to get an oil change for my 2010 Honda Civic. Going there for an oil change is a much more pleasant experience than going anywhere else-by far! I have always dreaded going to other places for oil changes, but at Commonwealth, I actually look forward to it! At Commonwealth, you are instantly greeted by a friendly face who quickly and efficiently gets all the information for what you need done for your car that day. They direct you to a gorgeous waiting room that not only has a movie playing (and another television with closed-captioned news, just in case you dont like the movie!), but there is also complimentary cofeee, tea, snacks, and plenty of magazines. There is a beautiful play area in the waiting room that my 3 year-old loved. There are play tables, bead toys, and plenty of activites to keep little ones entertained! Another great feature is free Wi-fi in the waiting room! I was told that the oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it was actually done much sooner than that. And I also received a copy of a multi-point inspection sheet that showed me how the rest of the car was doing (horn, brakes, fluid levels, etc.) I had never received a "report card" for my car before. At other places I have gone with previous cars, I would always just get a mechanic giving me a long rundown of all the costly repairs my car would need, spoken very fast, and how it could all be done for several thousand dollars! That is NOT the case at Commonwealth! When I go there for service, I never feel like I am being taken advantage of, and I feel that the mechanics and information I am receiving about my car is truthful and reliable! More
