We were deciding between a Honda and a Toyota and actually leaning toward a Toyota, based on price per month that we wanted to pay. When my husband called Commonwealth the first price on the phone fit our budget. After visiting and working with Alfredo & Andre we actually leased an upgraded model & stayed within budget. I was thrilled because it made the jump to a mini-van easier. They were friendly and had a great sense of humor, even after 8 p.m.. Once all the details were worked out I couldn't believe how fast the process was. I picked up my Odessey the NEXT DAY! They made every step easy & fast. We really feel like we were treated fairly and got a good deal. We also worked with several other employees, so we always felt like we were being attended to and not just left waiting, such as we had experienced elsewhere. Not only would I recommend them - We returned the next day to buy another car from them! More

Everytime I bring my vehicle in for service they are quick and friendly. I especially like the Saturday hours that they offer. Bought my 09 Honda Fit at Commonwealth, my first experience there, and my first Honda. Sales experience was as pleasant as you could expect a car buying experience to be. I was up front right away letting them know that I was shopping around and that I would not be pressured, and they did not pressure me. Have been back regularly for routine maintenance. Service prices are reasonable for oil changes and tire rotation, and as far as I can tell, it will be reasonable when it comes time for my 30K check. I've always been able to drive in without an appointment and have not waited more than an hour, or have used the courtesy shuttle. My only issue is that I wish there was a quiet place to wait so I could read. The waiting room has a big screen TV that's always playing something really loud, usually kid movies. I've gone into the customer computer area in the showroom, which is a little awkward but better, although sometimes the music in the showroom gets a little loud, too. But overall I'm pleased with Commonwealth as a dealership. More
My wife and I had decided on purchasing a Honda Civic. We visited a few Honda dealers in the area where we received bottom line quotes from numerous sales representatives. Not happy with what we were hearing, I recalled driving past Commonwealth Honda on my way to and from work and decided that we should give it a try. I completed an online inquiry on the Commonwealth Honda web page and received a call from Craig Clarke within a few hours. He quoted me a price that was significantly better than the other dealers. Upon our arrival at the dealership, we were greeted by Kimberly Daher who introduced us to sales rep Jeff Donahue. Jeff took us out for a test drive and proved to be extremely knowledgeable when it came to the Honda product. We then sat down with Jeff and hammered out a great deal which included receiving top dollar for my 1998 Honda trade-in. My wife rang the bell and we were on our way! Next we met with Robert Florent and Sean Brown who explained our security system, extended warranty, and financial options. This part was always a high-pressure experience with other dealers but I found both gentlemen to be friendly and honest. We were very impressed with the entire process and felt that we made the right choice. When I returned to pick up my new car, Jeff was closing another deal so Robert took time to educate me on my security system. Jeff then took me through a complete review of the interior workings of the vehicle and I drove off knowing, in no uncertain terms, that we had made the right choice. From start to finish, the entire staff made us feel like they cared about us and our new purchase. It was easily the best car buying experience that we ever had. In the days to come, we received numerous e-mails from Commonwealth Honda employees congratulating us on our new vehicle and offering their future services. A “thank you” letter arrived from President Charlie Daher and Jeff personally called to follow up on our purchase. Finally, a box of gourmet chocolate chip cookies was delivered to our home in appreciation for our business! While we usually dread the process of buying a new car, Commonwealth Honda and their A+ service made the experience downright enjoyable! We’re looking forward to bringing our car in for regular maintenance as I’ve already spoken to other customers who have nothing but great things to say about the service department. And we will be returning when it’s time for another new car. Thank you Commonwealth Honda! More

Interested in buying a Honda Pilot sent email to Commonwealth and recieved an email back with the price. Craig did not have the color I wanted but advised me they had one coming in the following wee Commonwealth and recieved an email back with the price. Craig did not have the color I wanted but advised me they had one coming in the following week. two days later the car came in I showed up with my check and within 45 minutes wrapped up the purchase. Thank You Jeff and Craig. I also sent email to Boch who replied back very quickly but they could not match the deal at Commonwealth and now I keep getting emails from them after I have told them I had already purchased a vehicle.
