Wow! I arrived at the Honda service center as a "walk-in" to get my scheduled oil change. Rick in service was VERY professional, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and comfortable with coffee, cookies, magazines, kids tables and toys, and a family movie on a big-screen TV. I was told my oil change would be about 1/2 hour, and they were done in 20 min. Highly recommended! More
I bought my 2nd Honda from Commonwealth based primarily on the service I received on my 1st. I have always received outstanding customer service in a prompt and courteous manner. I normally drop in without an appointment, as I did today, am waited on immediately and don't even have time to enjoy their complimentary beverage, cookie and movie before I am called that my vehicle is ready. After using numerous service facilities in the past (I've been driving for 42 years), since I've bought my vehicles at Commonwealth, I NEVER bring my vehicle to anyone but them. I feel like they care about me personally, treat me with respect and are conscientious as well as courteous and competent. Although today's visit wasn't complicated, in the past I called Commonwealth Honda (Susan Gauthier happened to be who I reached that day) from where I was broken down on Rt. 495 during the winter waiting for AAA to arrive. She stayed at the dealership after hours and had a rental car waiting and warmed up for me and took my own vehicle in for service. Every employee I have dealt with there has been outstanding and I plan to buy all my vehicles there as long as I drive. They always follow up to make sure I am satisfied and I am always comfortable when I leave that my Honda Accord is in tip top shape. More

I have been servicing my honda odyssey here since I bought it new 4 years ago. Every visits has been excellent. We were dreading the prospect of walking into dealerships to purchase a new car so instead we contacted eight dealerships and told them we would like to send over an email with our requirements, CRV-EX-L 4WD to purchase a new car so instead we contacted eight dealerships and told them we would like to send over an email with our requirements, CRV-EX-L 4WD with Nav, color etc and asked them to return their absolute best price. Needless to say, Commonwealth came in with the best price. When we went in to sign papers we were greeted by Mike Simon who was very friendly, courteous,and knowledgeable. He took us for a test drive and explained all the features of the car. The purchasing process was quick and easy, a no pressure, no hassel experience. We were very impressed with the entire process from the time we walked through the door until the last of the paperwork was signed (Sean Brown). We will definately return when it is time for another car and will recommend Commonwealth to everyone we know. Also looking forward to taking the car there for regular maintance, we had a tour of the service area and was amazed at how organized and clean the area was. Oh and lastly, a few days after our purchase; a thank you letter came in the mail, Mike called to personally thank us again and to ask if we had any questions and best of all; a box of chocolate chip cookies came in the mail (I personally LOVED this gesture). Who could ask for more? Great price, great people and a gift at the end!!! Nice job Commonwealth, the other dealer could learn from you. More

I have bought two Hondas from the dealership, and do all my car services there. I have never had a bad experience, or uncourteous service staff. The hours are great too, and no appointments needed. I was impressed with my salesman, Adriaan, who possesses a lot of patience and a good sense of humor. I had not driven a standard in a very long time and thought I might try, in order to pay less for a car. a lot of patience and a good sense of humor. He was really patient, giving me a refresher course in the parking lot as I stopped and started, stopped and started, again and again. Finally he said I could take it on the highway if I felt comfortable, but I declined. He and I were laughing a lot at my efforts, and I was glad I at least tried with the standard. He was attentive and sincere. More
