The salesman met me ouside, did not state his name, or otherwise introduce himself and then we sat down to play the numbers game. He told me that I needed to tell him how much I owed on my trade or that would just screw everything up and that I WAS PLAYING GAMES! I wouldn't tell him, so he comes back offering to pay 5,000 under KBB for my trade and offering the new vehicle for MSRP... Uh yeah I THINK NOT!! Then when I tell him how rediculous that is he tells me that he asked me to tell him what I wanted for my trade and how much I wanted to pay for the vehicle, but I wouldn't tell him. None of which he asked me, he asked how much I OWED on the vehicle, not how much I expecteed to get for it! >>"We are always giving top dollar for trades, and we also have independent buyers >>here today and tomorrow who typically give you more money for your vehicle.." >> Apparently TOP DOLLAR FOR YOUR TRADE AT THIS DEALERSHIP MEANS THE LOWEST KBB VALUE possible! They offered me the "fair condition" value on my truck, which is in EXCELLENT SHAPE and is only alittle over a year old and has running boards, remote starter, Aux hook up and a tonneau cover! NOT TOP DOLLAR - FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR PART CLEARLY! SO DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, THEY ARE WORSE THAN ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVERY BEEN TOO! I brought my ridgeline in for an oil change and to rotate the tires. I knew I should be getting my 15000 mile checkup but did not think they would have time considering it was a friday and I did not make an the tires. But when I pulled in, Michael asked what I was there for, I told him and oil change but that I really wanted the 15000 mile check up. He said how much time do you have? I said an hour. He went to speak to his Supervisor, told her my dilemma. She said no problem, I will put 2 technians on it! Sure enough, 1 hour later, my truck was ready! GREAT SERVICE!!!! More
