Just last week I purchased a brand new Honda CRV and the service at Commonwealth Motors was fantastic. I had already been to a few other places and not felt comfortable buying a car, but as soon as we got t service at Commonwealth Motors was fantastic. The staff was friendly, informative and my salesrep, Wilson Ramirez, was willing to explain in detail all about the car I was interested in and took the time to make sure that we could afford the car and discuss all our options. The process of purchasing a car can be stressful and maintaining the car once it is purchased is also something that Commonwealth Motors is willing and ready to help every one of their customers with. They make you feel like part of their family. After my purchase I needed to head up to Lawrence a few different times and call in to deal with my insurance company and paperwork and everyone at Commonwealth was willing to help assist me. My financial rep, Bobby Barry, even came in on his day off to ensure that everything went smoothly with mine and others' paperwork and service work. Commonwealth is not just about making the sale. Every time we have been back to Commonwealth for our pick up and for the inspection Wilson stopped by to make sure we received all the information and help we needed. They have a service center right on their property and a larger bodyshop across the street so everything can be handled in house if needed. As we waited for our inspection another sales rep came up to ask if we needed help and we let him know we were just looking since we just bought a car. Although he knew he wouldn't be making a sale that day with us, Gary took the time to explain more about the cars we were looking at and let us know we could ask him more questions, without feeling the need or pressure to get a deal out of us. It is this kind of incredible customer support and customer service that truly compels me to recommend Commonwealth Motors in Lawrence to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. More
