I was in search of a dealership that was friendly and accommodating. My catalytic converter was removed from my car a week ago while I was at work. Needless to say, I was very upset-I had only had the car around 3 months! I work at a hospital and was parked in employee parking during the day shift when this happened. I called Commonwealth since they were close and inquired about if I could drive the car. They had me bring it in, perform a safety check and provide me with an estimate to repair. I dealt with Ed. He was so pleasant and friendly. Commonwealth checked my car and provided me with an estimate for repair. We also discussed repairs and made arrangements for the adjuster to view the car at the dealership. There is also a convenient car rental dealership across the way. I had some other "bumps" along the way, but Ed really came through for me and got the car repaired in the time frame he had given to me. I would recommend Commonwealth Motors to others and highly recommend dealing with Ed. More
