Everyone I have ever had to deal with at this dealership has been pleasant, polite and knowledgable. Service is done as requested and on time. There has never been any pressure but good advice. I am always very pleased with the convenience, friendly staff, cleanliness and efficiency of the service department at Commonwealth Honda. I have purchased 2 cars at this dealership & for obvious reasons went back to purchase the 2nd car because I was so pleased with the process, price & friendliness of staff. I highly recommend this dealership & service department. The service department staff is friendly, knowledgeable & service area is extremely clean. They offer excellent benefits, e.g. free shuttle service, comfortable waiting room w/wi-fi & TV's & as well as free coffee & snacks, while you wait. They offer express oil change, so you aren't wasting a whole day leaving your car for an oil change. More
I'm glad that I chose to shop for my first new car at Commonwealth Honda. As I entered the lot, I was impressed at the general layout and presentation of their car selection. Walking though the doors onto the sales floor, the open floor plan is welcoming and the music coming from the ceiling speakers is relaxing. I was quickly greeted by a concierge who introduced me to Luis, my sales representative. Before stepping outside to look at the different cars, Luis asked me about my interests and really tried to get a sense of what I was looking for. He had a clear knowledge of Honda's product line and was very successful in matching my needs to a particular vehicle, the 2011 Honda Accord EX-L (no NAV). Once we identified the model, he walked me outside for the test drive. There were no idle moments during this sales experience. Luis was friendly and frequently asked about my interests, hobbies, family, work, etc. After the test drive, I was interested in making an offer, and Luis was very focused on valuing my time more than his potential sales commission. I was prepared with a lot of information about the value of the car...MSRP, invoice, destination fees, rebates, trade-in, and financing. My offer was treated with respect, and after some quick negotiating, we agreed to terms. The entire experience was both personal and professional, and I would have no hesitation to refer others to Commonwealth Honda...particularly Luis Cruz. I will be back! More

Although we were able to locate our desired vehicle (Honda CRV EXL) on a local competitor's lot, we opted to lease our vehicle from Commonwealth Honda (who had to obtain the car from another dealer/loc (Honda CRV EXL) on a local competitor's lot, we opted to lease our vehicle from Commonwealth Honda (who had to obtain the car from another dealer/location) strictly based on the outstanding treatment we received from the salesperson, John Thompson. Mr. Thompson's business style was a breath of fresh air and actually made the entire process enjoyable - something I thought I would never say! Furthermore, Commonwealth Honda then delivered a beautiful vehicle exactly when they said they would. We were very impressed with this dealership. The service area looked to be top notch. More
On Saturday September 25, 2010 I took my car (2010 Honda Accord) to Commonwealth Motors for service. The little orange wrench light came on in my car indicating I was in need of an oil change (at over 6,00 Accord) to Commonwealth Motors for service. The little orange wrench light came on in my car indicating I was in need of an oil change (at over 6,000 miles I might add!). I attempted to call and make an appointment during the week for as early as possible so that my day did not have to revolve around getting a simple oil change. I was informed that all of the 7 AM oil change appointments had been filled and that I could bring the car down at any time and it wouldn't be a problem. Still very skeptical, I said thank you and made plans to make it a point to get there as early as possible. I obviously had not been to Commonwealth for service. When I arrived I was greeted by a very friendly woman Yomerys, who instructed me to pull into the garage and she would be right with me. She asked me what brought me in today and I told her the wrench light was on in my car and that my oil life indicated 10% so I needed my oil changed. She told me it wasn't a problem, got my name, the mileage on my car and then walked me over to her desk. She told me they would change the oil but since it was a Saturday morning, there might be a bit of a wait. I told her I didn't mind waiting and she told me that there was coffee, donuts, Wi-Fi and a television in the waiting room. (I have been to some really gross garages that have dirty waiting rooms, coffee that you swore was made with dirt and had been there for a week, and an unfriendly staff. Believe me, this is NOT one of them! The waiting room was clean and the coffee and donuts were fresh) I will say that I did not stick around as I had a ride and figured I may as well go get breakfast with my girlfriend. My girlfriend and I got breakfast (bagels and coffee) and ran to the store before I was called to inform me my car was all set. Like I said previously, there was a bit of a wait, but what do you expect for a Saturday morning? Even if I didn't have another option, waiting for my car to be ready wouldn't have been the worst thing. I have been to other Honda dealerships (in Burlington, MA) where they treat you like it's a pain for you to be there, and Commonwealth is certainly different. (I actually just found out that that dealership in Burlington has something similar, but the staff couldn't care less to make your life easier or more pleasant) I will, without a question, go back for service. So, if you're looking for a friendly, clean and reasonable place to get your car serviced, go down to Commonwealth! More
My initial experience with this dealership was questionable at best. My wife and I were in the market to acquire a 2010 Odyssey and were urged to come in quickly to put a deposit down as availabi questionable at best. Once the deposit was made, we received minimal follow-up calls or e-mails. We actually repeatedly had to follow-up with the delaer to get a status update, however no progress was being made at all (even though we were assured by the sales representative that he would do everything possible to get us into our new vehicle). After approximately a week of waiting, I went down to the dealership to get answers or a refund. It was at this time that we were introduced to Joseph G., Manager and later on Alfredo Dalence, Sales Associate. This is when our experience changed for the better. Joe assured us that he would resolve the matter quickly and he did. From test driving the new vehicle, to color selection and options, we were into our new vehicle less than three days later, not a 2010 but a 2011 for a slightly better price than we agreed to initially on the 2010. Joe and Alfredo were extremely friendly and knowledgable and I would recommend them to even my closest friends. Thank you again Joseph and Alfredo for all your assistance and for making our car buying experience as positive and stress free as possible. More

I went for Brake and Battery replacement. They did a free brake inspection (cost of inspection was adjusted on brake replacement cost) and the price was competitive. I usually get a coupon for various services mailed to my home and used it for this visit. This is closer to my home and convenient too. More
We go to Commonwealth Honda for oil changes and some of the service issues with our cars. We have also purchased our 2008 Honda here and were absolutely happy about the service and the price of our new ca the service issues with our cars.
