I went in to have my oil changed, as I do every time that my Odyssey tells me to. As always, the service was friendly and fast and my time at the dealership was perfectly comfortable. I bought my van in 2006 and have had all my service done at Commonwealth. I have to say, I don't dread having to come in for my routine maintenance, I know that I can sit comfortably in the waiting area and read a magazine or watch the movie that's playing. This time when I went in, beforehand I had received and email saying if I test drove a new 2011 Odyssey, I would get my oil changed for $9.95!!! I was psyched, because in this economy, every dollar counts. Plus I knew that since the Odyssey was redesigned and I will be in the market for a new one, possibly next year, I wanted to check it out. I met the nicest salesman and I hate to say it, but I can't for the life of me remember his name... he was fairly new to the dealership, I believe he was from somewhere down closer to Boston, and he was so professional, so knowledgable and just so pleasant. He took me for a test drive, explained everything in detail about the changes and what the van has, and was just great. I told him ahead of time that I already had a van, but was probably going to be looking at a new one next spring, I wanted to go thru the winter with the one that I had before I got a new one. He didn't have business cards since he was new, but he did write his name down on a card, but I don't have it with me right at this moment. Anyway, he called a few days later and I told him that when I'm ready, we will definetly be down, but most likely not until around May or June of next year. Again, he was so pleasant and professional. As far as the 2011 van, I LOVE IT!!!! Love all the changes, and am really looking forward to buying one hopefully next year. More
Commonwealth's Service Department is incredible. They are knowledgeable, professional and very through. I have been going to their Service Department for the last 15 years. The service organization was very professional and was able to address all but one of the issues which I presented to them. The oil change and filter were done, the tires were rotated, the low tire press able to address all but one of the issues which I presented to them. They were unable to duplcate the condition where shutting the trunk causes all doors to lock. More
Commonwealth sold us a new Odyssey and Alfredo was knowledgeable and thorough in telling us all the details of the technology. He spent as much time as we needed. Everything about Commonwealth was great and a positive experience that is not common in car dealerships. More
The service was good and the people were helpful and friendly. I think that the wait time was reasonable. I had a coupon which was good as I like to be able to save money when I can. Love my new 2011 Honda Accord. This is our third vehicle purchased from Commonwealth Motors and I must say it was the best overall buying experience of them all. I already knew what I wanted when I went to purchased from Commonwealth Motors and I must say it was the best overall buying experience of them all. I already knew what I wanted when I went to the dealership so the decision was really down to price and service. I had quotes from other area dealers and the salesman was able to match it without having to “play the game”. What a great experience, I left satisfied knowing that I got a good deal. Trading in my old Accord was easy and fair (I already knew approximately what to expect for a price). The rest of the buying process was easy with no surprises or heavy pressure to add a lot of “extras”. They took care of getting new plates, inspection sticker, and insurance change. Before leaving the lot, the salesman took the time to personally go over every feature of the new car to make sure I understood them all. I highly recommend Commonwealth Motors and expect to go back when it is time to replace our Odyssey. More
