I will never do business with this dealer again. I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey on October 5th and had to wait for the car to be built and delivered. During the 4 weeks between original order and d purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey on October 5th and had to wait for the car to be built and delivered. During the 4 weeks between original order and delivery I was told I would be called by the sales person occassionally to touch base. I never received a call from the sales person. I called several times during the wait and was always promised a call back. I never got a call back. Finally, I called the sales manager to complain and they told me there was nothing they could do to change the sales rep but that the car had just been delivered and I could pick it up. We brought the car home and my wife dented the car with the garage door. Anyway, we went back to the dealer to get the car inspected and to install the remote car starter. While we were there we asked them for a quote to fix the dent and scratch. We were quoted a reasonable price which I took to another auto body shop to confirm. We scheduled an appointment and when we arrived they had no information about our appointment. They called us later to tell us it was going to cost almost double to fix the problem. After complaining they agreed to complete the work for the original quote price. They then told me the car would be done in 3 days. On the third day we called to find out the status of the car and we were told it was going to take another 2 days. Once they completed the body work they were scheduled to apply the sealer protectant we purchased. They called us in the morning on the 5th day to tell us the car was ready. Three hours after they called we arrived at the dealer. We were told the car was not actually done and that the sales rep should have called us. We then confronted the sales rep and he told us he didn't know we had been called but he wasn't going to call us until it was done. Then he told us it was going to take another 1 1/2 hours to complete the work on the car. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience and seemed to be a little upset we even confronted him about it. There are only three things I can say positive about this experience. They are the following: 1. The car I have now is beautiful and exactly what I wanted 2. When fixing the dent they took the Commonwealth name off the car 3. It is over I'll never return to Commonwealth and I will make sure none of my family and friends go there either. More
I have used Commonwealth Honda for the oil change and periodic service four times since I purchased my 2009 Odyssey new in January 2009. I believe Commonwealth in the finest Honda dealership I have ever dealt with. The service representatives are excellent, especially Buddy Bernard. The mechanics present a very professional image as well and the parts department staff is outstanding. I highly recommend Commonwealth Honda to everyone I know. More
I just purchased a new Honda Pilot from Commonwealth Motors and it couldn't have been easier. I have purchased several cars from this dealership and it has always been a pleasant experience. I like that I did not have to deal with any high pressure sales people or any of the typical hassles that sometimes come with buying a new car (long negotiating process, car not available). I got the car I wanted for a decent price. I would definately recommend Commonwealth Motors. More

Been going to Commonwealth Motors for 12 years, have bought 3 cars there and am very happy with the service! They are always pleasant and cooperative. The price for an oil change is the best around. First I had gone to a non Honda dealer and told him that the car would vibrate when I apply the brakes at high speeds so… they did an alignment… and that did not fix the problem.. SO… called Commonwealth Honda and spoke to Buddy and he asked me some questions on phone … and gave me a prognosis on the phone and told me bring the car in … brought the car in that afternoon… and Buddy told me they woujld check it out and get back to me.. within about an hour .. I heard from Buddy and he gave me his report … which almost duplicated the info on the phone when I called him… and I told him to go ahead with the work .. and told him I would want to pick up the car at 9:00 am on Saturday .. and around 8:30… am .. Buddy called me and told me my car are ready…. I picked up the car and tested the brakes on the highway.. and it did not vibrate…very pleased with the service on my Honda… and the time that they took with fixing the car and was promised the vehicle when Buddy told me… More
I am very pleased with Commonwelath Honda. I would not take my car anywhere else. I trust what they are telling me. Although , I find dealerships to be a bit pricey, I know that I'm getting the best car take my car anywhere else. I trust what they are telling me. This is the second time we have purchased a Honda Accord from Commonwealth Motors and both times we have dealt with salesperson Malcom Price. He is extremely knowledgable about the products that are offere from Commonwealth Motors and both times we have dealt with salesperson Malcom Price.
