I used the Express Service for an oil change in the afternoon on a weekday. There were a couple of cars ahead of me and the waiting area was pretty full. The service was done in about 20 minutes which was a nice surprise. The service advisor was efficient and friendly. I like that they tell you what number spot your car is in as I have been to other dealers in the past where you can wonder around trying to find your car. This was overall a positive experience. More
We had a pleasant shopping experience for a new vehicle at CommonWealth Honda in Lawrence, MA. We purchased a 2011 Honda Accord V6. They did not have the one on the lot I wanted but they were able to fin at CommonWealth Honda in Lawrence, MA. We purchased a 2011 Honda Accord V6. They did not have the one on the lot I wanted but they were able to find exactly what I requested. We never felt pressured at all. Andre Willis (Sales Manager) was very polite and professional. I had prices from 4 other dealerships that did not match Commonwealths. I did have one issue that required me to visit the service department. Mark Dunin a service advisor was exceptional in resolving the issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience an easy one. He wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied and answered all my questions. I definitely give Mark Dunin an A+. The attention to customer service is exceptional. We would certainly recommend CommonWealth Honda to anyone. More

My husband and I chose Commonwealth Honda because family members had purchased their vehicles there and had only good things to say about their experiences. They were also impressed with the service they received when they brought their vehicles in for scheduled "check upa" and oil changes. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Commonwealth Honda. Never did we feel rushed or pressured into buying a vehicle. We came in with certain criteria in mind and these criteria were addressed much to our satisfaction. Our salesperson, Lance, steered us through the sometimes intimidating waters of buying a brand new, in our case, SUV. When we came to pick up our SUV, another employee, Gary, sat us down and explained all the wonderful features our SUV came with. He then took us out to our SUV to show us how to use all these features. We enjoyed this because we could tell that Gary loved his job. It made all he difference. My husband and I are delighted with our new SUV. We would not hesitate to recommend Commonwealth Honda to other family members, friends, and co-workers. More

I told them I wanted a used car. They told me they didn't have anything in my range. Their website had a deal for a Honda lease. I inquired about this and the "deal" was $200.00 monthly over what was on thei have anything in my range. Their website had a deal for a Honda lease. I was then, after the congratulations, told by the finance manager that I hadn't yet been approved for the loan and he told me he would give me my check back but he couldn't "find" it. I left thinking in good faith that I would get it back. They then cashed my check and refused to give me my money back. The Attorney General's office is currently working on it. The Sales Manager, the owner's right hand man, told me that because I shopped around he wasn't going to give me my deposit back. I asked him to send me something that showed they could keep my deposit. He said no, because he didn't have to give me anything. He was then verbally abusive. I went to this dealership a few years ago and had a terrible experience on a brand new car. I told the salesman I was ready to buy, but he was pushing me towards a more expensive vehicle. He called me back weeks later asking if I wanted the more expensive car. I said no. Someone I knew had a good experience with a used car guy at the same place, so I went to this man, who no longer works there, and had a great experience. So I thought I would go back for a car this time. Two strikes out of three visits! These people are why car salesmen are given a bad name! More

So far I have purchased leased 4 honda's from commonweath motors. Each time they have been pleasant , friendly and I felt they were given me they best deal possible.
