At age 24, I purchased my first NEW car about a year and a half ago during the ‘Cash for Clunkers’ incentive program. I had my heart set on a black on black Accord, yet I began getting deterred when dealer a half ago during the ‘Cash for Clunkers’ incentive program. I had my heart set on a black on black Accord, yet I began getting deterred when dealer after dealer snubbed my desires as they were too busy with the clunkers program to find and ship the model I wanted. Finally with days left in the program, I located a black on black Accord at Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence. Visiting what seemed like the 10th dealership, now frustrated and aggravated, I braced myself for another let down by pushy, arrogant salesmen. I may have stumbled upon Commonwealth by chance, however, I consider myself extremely fortunate that I ended up locating and purchasing my dream car at such a friendly, welcoming, reputable, and reliable dealer. Since purchasing my Accord I have racked up over 40,000 miles and still love my car just as much today as I did they day I bought it. Commonwealth Honda’s little acts of kindness have made a huge impact on my loyalty to their service. From gourmet cookies after my purchase , birthday cards, and continued checkup calls to even free coffee, cookies, movies, Wi-Fi, and raffle drawings every time I have my car serviced –it has truly made me look forward to every visit I make to Commonwealth Honda! Just recently I was in for a tune up and was yet again blown away by the FREIENDLY staff, ease of maintenance, and how fast they had me out the door considering the number of customers they had coming in and out. At Commonwealth, I also had a tint put on my windows and chrome door handles installed. The process could not have been easier or more reasonably priced! All for under $500 and at my convenience, Commonwealth took care of everything quick and hassle free – my black on black Accord could not look sharper! If I am still in the area ten years from now, I plan on purchasing my next HONDA at Commonwealth. At this rate though, I may even be driving my Accord for more than 10 years! More

Terribly disappointed in the service I've received from their sales team. I made a deposit on a 2011 Fit and utilized my RIGHT to shop around. I found another dealership that had a 2011 Fit for me onsite a their sales team. I made a deposit on a 2011 Fit and utilized my RIGHT to shop around. I found another dealership that had a 2011 Fit for me onsite and reviewed my loan approval with me. I was never told that I was approved for the monthly payments I was looking for at Commonwealth, just that they "were sure they could work out the 275/mo payment" I was looking for. A week and a half later they still didn't have a car for me on site. I have been calling and even visited requesting a refund of the deposit to no answer or response. Very disgusted with this place and will never return for purchasing or service to my car. More
