I never mind bringing my van in for service because everyone's always so friendly...even the gentlemen who places the protective coverings in the car and takes it away. I think having woman in the service department also helps make me feel comfortable. I always enjoy watching a good movie with a cup coffee in a quiet environment. This is the second car we've purchase from Commonwealth and it will certainly not be our last. I enjoyed working with Jeff he was friendly, no pressure and responsive. When we had a couple of minor gliches with car pick-up and registartion he was forthcoming and helpful. Friendly service as soon as we walked through the door. The first salesmen was busy so he referred us to Jeff Donahue. Went for an oil change and to check tire pressure. My low tire pressure light had come on. Commonwealth solved my tire pressure problem in a timely manner. We were shopping for a used Honda Odyssey and did a lot of our shopping/homework on line in an effort to save time and know exactly the cars we were interested in test driving. My husband visited the deale of our shopping/homework on line in an effort to save time and know exactly the cars we were interested in test driving. My husband visited the dealership twice and met with two different sales people who were both professional and knowledgeable about the Odyssey. The only negative I would say about that process is that there are cars advertised online with a sales price that reflects a 2,000 trade-in amount but you don't really know if that applies to the car you're looking at or not as the small print says "Some vehicle pricing reflects a 2,000 trade". The purchase experience was good and the finance department was very good about getting us a great financing deal, with an interest rate better than our banks offer. Following the purchase we returned to the Honda Service Dept. to get an inspection sticker and have our valet key reprogrammed since it opened the doors to the car but did not work in the ignition. The service was done professionally and promptly. Also their follow up has been great with letters of thanks and inquiries as to satisfaction and the chocolate chip cookies aren't bad either. More
HORRIBLE: This was a terrible experience. Here's the condensed version. I asked for a price, 1 shot best price 5 minutes. He kept giving me the sticker price. Then he asked for a credit card to show I was serious. Now I'm really getting ticked. Then he said "oh good you're gonna be a challenge". At this point I left. I bought the car from another place that was a stellar experience. More
