Could'nt have had a better experience than at Commonwealth Honda in Lawrence,Ma. I was greeted with a smile from Lee and was surprised how short of the time I had to wait 40mins. tops. I started out this past Saturday thinking what a great weekend when my check engine light came on in my car and the car starting bucking. I took the care to Commonwealth thinking it would just be somethi weekend when my check engine light came on in my car and the car starting bucking. I took the care to Commonwealth thinking it would just be something with the exhaust. Low and behold it was the tranmission. The cost of repair was more than the car was worth. I decided that it was time for a new car (after a night of sleeplessness). My friend and I went to the dealership on Sunday and met Chris Drew. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with my choice of car. Chris was upfront about what my car was worth but worked out a great deal for me. I drove home with my new car, very pleased. I do want to thank Chris for cleaning out my old car and putting everything in the new car. (very organized I must say). I will say that for having to buy a car on the spot everyone at Commonwealth made it a lot less painful. More

If there were an excellent button, I would have chosen it. The service is excellent, fast, and reliable. Every other place I have been for service on my Honda does not even compare. I took my van for service last week and I found that the employees were very friendly and prompt. The service advisor was knowledgeable. I found the price for express oil change to be lesser when compared t employees were very friendly and prompt. The service advisor was knowledgeable. I found the price for express oil change to be lesser when compared the other dealerships in the neighborhood. They have a big customer waiting room with coffee, snacks, movie, tv and wifi to relax and enjoy while we wait. I recommend this dealership. More

I leased a 2011 Honda Civic Coupe LX in December and got great customer service. The sales associates at commonwealth honda were definitely the most persistant of all of the dealerships I visited, which at great customer service. I took my honda accord to this dealer on 09/29/2012. The service representative was generous and attentive to my questions. They did the 10K (@135K) service with 5% coupon that I received in email.
