On a whim, I popped in unannounced for Express Service oil change on Saturday morning before New Year's Day around 8am. I had second thoughts when I saw the waiting area half-full. However, he was not only true to his word, but I noticed a quick turnover of people in the waiting area. Everyone is super friendly, and the whole service department just seems very organized and on top of things. There are never hassles or confusion or misunderstandings. They're also fast. I've never had to wait very long for anything. If something is going to take a little longer, they always communicate with me throughout the service. Finally, the shuttle service is great! It's so easy. I just drop my car off and they take me to work. At the end of the day, they come pick me back up and my car is ready. The drivers are always friendly, on time, and always know where they're going. The whole operation just runs very smoothly and makes my life easy.
