We are sorry you have had this feeling for this long of a time. You did contact us after your experience of which Charles Daher Jr did return a phone call. You were also contacted by another sales manager to try and come to a mutually agreeable price at the direction of ownership and we never heard back from you. You have since visited us for service with your other vehicle, which we appreciate, but find hard to receive this survey from you afterwards. If your major complaint is over the price of the vehicle we apologize but this is a business with costs and comparing used vehicles from one dealer to the next is difficult because of many different contributing factors. We tried to explain that all used cars are not the same like a brand new car and pricing can range thousands of dollars due to model year, condition, miles and reconditioning costs. The 120 point check is not simply a checkup as you may think, Andre was referring to the service reconditioning saefty check costs which is something we do on any preowned vehicle that we sell. In the case of the CR-V in question we spent over $1000 in repairs. We ask that you give us another opportunity when you are looking for another vehicle as we don’t find this experience, or expectation of this purchase, to be an indicator of how we do business even though there was not any fault in our sales manager other than maybe the way the message was delivered. You have trust in our service department and we appreciate that very much. Unfortunately your budget and vehicle requirements came in to play in this purchase and made a mutually agreeable deal unreachable.
