The reason i have given the rating i did was that I was so impressed with the service. Everyone was friendly and really valued me as a customer. I had a problem with windshield wipers that I had bought elsewhere. Martin was very thorough explaining my problem and fixed it. When Martin brought me my keys, noticing I walk with a cane, he offered to bring the car to me. That was above the call of duty! Everyone in all areas of showroom, service and finance department were equally friendly and helpful.There were some nice touches that followed my purchase as well. I received follow up phonecalls and a welcome letter. The tin of cookies that were delivered to my home after my purchase were a nice final touch. My cousin, Shannon, recommended that I to go to Commonwealth to try to get a new car. I was hesitant because I don't have the greatest credit but I went anyways. I would highly recommend going to Commonwealth and if he's available, ask for Gary Kotyla because he was awesome to work with and gave me all the facts instead of trying to upsell me! More

I was not with my husband when he made the deal, but he had rave revie had the best deal, and Commonwealth Motors came up with the best leased deal. He answered all the questions my husband had and then some. My husband was very happy and relaxed working with Mr. Call, who made it a very easy process to get through. The first time we leased a car was back in 2011 from another dealership, and it was a good experience. However, my husband said the experience at Commonwealth Motors was absolutely the best hands down. If Doug Call is any indication as to the type of people who work at Commonwealth Motors, then they are a dealership who knows how to sell and lease cars. We leased a 2013 Honda Civic LX, Dyno Blue with all the bells and whistles, and couldn't be happier with the deal, dealership and the great car! More
We have purchased 3 vehicles with Commonwealth in the past. Today we came to return our leased vehicle when at first we were told that they don't do lease returns on holidays. When the sales person brought the sales manager Gary Cole back to speak with me he was completely unprofessional and asked why I'd chosen the busiest day of the year to return my car. It was at MY convenience, that's why. Gary said he couldn't help me and that I'd need to wait. When I had called a half hour before my visit the woman on the phone told me it was an easy process and shouldn't take long just ask for the sales manager. Gary's rudeness was completely unacceptable and the reason that I refuse to purchase another vehicle from this dealership. More
We have been going to your dealership for over 15 years. The Staff (both Service & Sales) is always friendly. When I first bring the car in for Service, your people are quick to sign me in. Today, 2/16/13 it took about 1 hour for an Oil Change, etc. That is a reasonable waiting period. Your Service prices are competitive. More
