I had done a lot of research to find the right economy hatchback, and I wanted a "worry-free" car. I saw a low-mileage 2010 Honda Fit listed on the Commonwealth website at a very competitive price and so hatchback, and I wanted a "worry-free" car. I saw a low-mileage 2010 Honda Fit listed on the Commonwealth website at a very competitive price and so we came in for a test drive. We liked the car very much and were ready to deal. After giving us a generous trade-in value on our 2002 PT Cruiser, we arrived at a very attractive price for the car and were ready to close. At that point we ran into some snags resulting from the way we needed to finance the car, but Mr. Murray worked with us and got everything sorted out perfectly. He explained all of the warranty options carefully and patiently, and helped us to achieve our worry-free car while staying within our budget. When I was ready to drive the car away and I realized that there was no manual provided I told Mr. Gazelian, and by the time I went back for the inspection and registration he had found ALL of the manuals for me! Since purchasing the car we have received phone calls from the Sales Manager and the Service Manager thanking us and promising excellent service, and we even received a tin of delicious cookies! This was our first auto purchase from a dealership and maybe they all provide this level of personal service, but I doubt it. I am very glad that I followed the "shop us last" advice from the radio commercials. More

Internet manager, Jim, arranged for me to work with Wilson for a test drive and price negotiation. When we hit a snag on the trade-in, Lamar worked very hard to reach a price we could both accept. I ended up with a great deal, 0.9% financing and brought the car home the same day. I actually had a great time! The car details were explained and the manual was covered, too. Kudos! More
