I have purchased my last 6 Honda vehicles from this dealer. I have always had a good experience with the sales people and have a good report with owner Charles Daher. The pricing on the new car is always good as I do my homework before going to buy and know the price I am looking for, which I always get, the reason for the 4 rating on question is the trade. I understand this is where they try to make the most money, but I worked as a certified technician for over 35 years, (private garage & Lawrence Fire Dept as Apparatus Supervisor) and we got down to some in depth negotiations with this. This part takes time and involves more then just the sales person, but I won't make a deal unless they increase my trade close to what I was looking for. As you can see by my buying experience at this dealership (6 cars later) I find that I get close to or what I expected. Gary Kotyla is a very good sales person and a credit to this dealership. I drove the poor guy crazy, but we worked the deal out. Also involved was Manager Gary Cole, great guy, and also Charles Daher, who has gotten to know me very well. This is my forth Honda I've purchased new and first time buying from Commonwealth Motors. I must say that this was the least stressful of any prior purchase. I could tell he had in depth knowledge of the 2013 Accord and he spent unlimited time with us going over the vehicle and answering all of our questions. I was especially impressed with his no pressure approach. He allowed my wife and I plenty of time for decision making. He even took us over to the Volkswagen section to test drive a Passat. When we picked up our vehicle a couple of days later he was there once again to go over the entire vehicle and assisted us with connecting our phones to the hands free link.
