Before I decided to go back to purchase a car I was worry given my past experience, as a women with limited car experience, feeling somewhat intimidated to go alone all does bad feelings faded the minute I set foot into Commonwealth Motors, Honda. I was greeted when I walked in I was introduce to my salesman named Gary Kotyla he immediately ask me what kind of cars I was interested in, and provided me with what was available in their inventory, he gather all my documents, made me and my ten year old son feel at ease, offered us something to drink, gave my son a snack and made him feel part of the process. Gary was very professional, understanding, knowledgeable, explained every detail, treated me with no pressure, he was down to earth, patient and upfront. The atmosphere was very pleasant I observe how every salesman worked with everyone; it was all about the costumer and making them happy. All the staff worked together specially the salesman and the financial department which is usually the most intimidating even that part of the process was timely, and satisfying. John Murray, Business manager explained in detail all the options, was immediately in contact with the bank I saw he was so invested in making my purchase possible and straightforward. He was diligent as well as friendly and companionate. My overall experience at Commonwealth Honda was the easiest, and painless experience I have ever experience in a car dealer. I recently brought my Honda CRV in for its 60,000 mile check-up. I always get my maintenance done at Commonwealth and wouldn t even consider going anywhere else - especially for this big one. I was out of there in about 90 minutes which is amazing when you consider how thorough the 60k mile checkup is. Basically, it s bumper-to-bumper. The cost was substantial but they always send me coupons so I was happy to get an easy 10% off. The waiting area is clean, has food, and the wifi is free. I would not even consider shopping or getting maintenance anywhere else. Other dealers are good but nobody can compete with Commonwealth. More

My experience at Commonwealth Honda was fantastic. I started working with Paula online and it took me three weeks before I came in and she was very patient and kept me informed. Once I was able to go in Paula greeted me and turned me over to Gary Kotyla, who then took the time to find out exactly what I wanted, we then went out to the inventory and Gary took the time to explain each vehicle until I picked one. Once I picked one Gary took the time to explain every detail and even thou I had already test driven the same vehicle at another dealership Gary recommended I test drive the one I was interested in, Gary then walked me thru the entire facility and explained in detail each section before he even knew I was completely serious about purchasing. Gary worked hard to meet all my demands (I am not easy to deal with when it comes to a major purchase) I would recommend Commonwealth and Gary to evryone. More
