I just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV- EX this week and I am so pleased with my overall experience. I am 24 years old and this was my first time buying a new car. Not many of the sales reps I dealt with were as friendly as the staff I have interacted with at Commonwealth. My family and I are huge Toyota fans so I was skeptical buying a honda. John was recommended to me by my aunt and I am so glad we were put in touch!! He was an excellent sales rep and did his best to answer all of my questions and my parents questions. As soon as we arrived at the dealership, he had the car I was purchasing pulled out front and warmed up for me! He was very patient and made the purchasing process so easy and enjoyable. I absolutely LOVE my CRV and have been raving about how much I enjoyed working with commonwealth and how speedy the whole process was. Wilson Thompson, another sales rep helped to deliver the car to me. Even though he did not sell me the car, he still was very patient with me and made the whole process of learning about my car fun and easy. He went over the whole vehicle, inside and out with me. He was funny and just as excited as I was about my new car. Wilson was so passionate about the cars Honda sells and reflected in his work.
