I started with the consumer report car savings and received three quotes. Negotiated with the lowest dealership and then went to Commonwealths website and requested a quote. Brought my car in for state inspection. Drove right into the garage with no waiting, they performed the inspection right away while I waited in their rather comfortable lounge.
