Just like the slogan say's: " Shop us last, you'll love us", that's exactly what I did, after going to several other Honda dealerships in the area (and not getting a deal I thought was fair, I you'll love us", that's exactly what I did, after going to several other Honda dealerships in the area (and not getting a deal I thought was fair, I decided to take the recommendation of a friend and try this dealership. I wasn't disapponinted. I was there on a Tuesday and was driving home in a brand new Honda Civic on Friday. When I arrived I was greeted Iban Rojas, whom at first seemed a little nervous and anxious when explaining the details of each car to me(I was pretty well versed already from other dealerships). I told him the car and options I wanted, they had it in stock, we went back and forth a few times regarding the cost and finally came to an agreement. I then met with the finance manager who explained and answered all my questions without a problem. I left there with a pressure free, friendly feeling from the salesman to service manager. Just purchased a 2014 Honda CRV-EX. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Commonwealth Honda, having bought my wife's Honda Pilot there last year. I love the express service for oil changes. I'm at the door at seven on Saturday and back out again at 8AM. The price for oil changes is reasonable, $39.95.
