Dead Battery Visiting Bullgead City and the day I was leaving I find I have a dead battery in my 2015 Lincoln MKC. Call AAA and get my vehicle jump started, drive straight to the Anderson Ford Service Center and I'm told no problem, it would be about an hour. I wait, and wait , the service manager comes to the lounge and says '"I'm sorry we don't have the battery you need , but we'll have it brought over from our Kingman store. " okay, 1 1/2 hours later, sorry they haven't left Kingman yet. 4 hours after I'm there " sorry they still haven't left Kingman, but we can jump start your car and you can drive over there yourself, that will probably be faster." So here I am at the Kingman service center, waiting. And no they weren't expecting me as I was told they would be!! More

A Salesman Who Didn't Creep Me Out I will absolutely admit that I was the worst customer ever. I had scary credit, a small down and was so freaked out by the entire process, I refused I will absolutely admit that I was the worst customer ever. I had scary credit, a small down and was so freaked out by the entire process, I refused to participate. At first I wanted to run because the salesman kept promising me to do things quickly and not keep me there for hours. (I'm from Vegas, that just doesn't happen). Being the chicken that I am, and having a super tight work schedule, I sent my husband in to do my dirty work. Everything the salesman promised, he delivered. He was great! He had no problem with my inability/refusal to come in, my husband said he understood that I was freaked out and was still willing to help us. I never thought I'd say this, but the entire car buying experience was easy and pleasant. I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his customers. I hope he knows how much it secretly means to me. I'd recommend James Molina to anyone. He's a good man and a man of his word. Same goes for Nate in financing. He was also wonderful and patient and understanding. It was nice to be treated with courtesy and respect despite all of the challenges I brought to the table. More
