I have never in my life been so disapointed with a dealership! I bought a ford flex on August 21, 2012. It is now October 3, 2012 and my previous car has still not been paid off. I have had to make an dealership! I bought a ford flex on August 21, 2012. It is now October 3, 2012 and my previous car has still not been paid off. I have had to make another car payment to my old vehicle and have also accured a late fee. I have gotten the run a round from the finance department and the dealership itself will not call back. Beside ruining my credit by the late fees, because it has be 43 days and counting and I may have to pay another car payment to my old vehicle on top of making a payment to my new vehicle. The dealership has called my financial institution not once, not twice, but three times now for a pay off amount and has yet to pay off anything!!!! I will NEVER buy a car from here. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to any friends or family. More
