We got our appointment for service the same day and were done in about an hour. There were no complications and everyone was very helpful and courteous. While we waited we looked at cars and when asked if we needed assistance we told the gentleman we wre waiting for our truck and he said, great ,he wouldn't send out a salesman. It was nice. When we do have the need for a new car we will be back. More

Personnel were friendly enough(except for the lady I'm about to describe), the time it took for service was a little long, considering there weren't many folks hanging around the place...it was actually v about to describe), the time it took for service was a little long, considering there weren't many folks hanging around the place...it was actually very quiet. There is a lady at the service center who has quite a "mouth" about her, cursing, bad-mouthing customers who had called, slamming the phone after a conversation with a customer, etc. In fact, two visits ago I did think about never returning, the last visit she seemed to be slightly better, and I suspect someone must have spoken with her(from your management) because she didn't utter one curse word loud enough for me to hear this visit, nor did she loudly complain about a customer after a phone call. Now that I think about it, there weren't that many phone calls, or that many folks waiting for service...maybe she really had a very negative effect on your business. Bottom line...I don't think I would ever buy another car/truck at the dealership at this point in time(I have a 2007 Eddie Bauer Explorer I bought there new in August 2007), and am thinking about changing my service visits to Swanty Dodge, where I have been treated very well since I moved to Bullhead City 17 years ago. More

I brought my car in for an oil change/tire rotation and complete check up. The guys did a great job- got a filter I needed from a parts stote, did not try to get me to authorize any unnecessary work and th complete check up.
