Great people… when they are around. Just spent an hour and half waiting on my truck for oil change and tire rotation. My truck was done long before that but service desk decided to be absent from the desk. Also when I first went to check in my truck the service desk wasn’t there to greet or check on people. Only person to help me was the cash out/billing person. She was sweet and called and let the service desk workers that I was there and also when the truck was done. Overall it would have been 5 stars if people were present and doing the service desk. More

When I bought my car in for the service appointment I asked if It would be complete in 2 hours because I had an appointment.
