I phoned Pat Stavalo on a Monday morning and I picked up my Ruby Red Focus on Thursday. Pat was fantastic! He went above and beyond, his customer service skills are excellent. Humble Salesman I went to Colonial Ford to" look", considering a Ford Escape, I found one but it was already sold. The car was impressive and white. Don noticed how disappointed I was and gently suggested different vehicles. I was not interested until he casually pointed out the Ford C Max. At first I said to myself OH NO, then Don started gently giving me the low down on the mileage and how it functions. I deep down inside wanted a gas efficient vehicle but I really didn't know what was out there. I took it for a ride and it drove Solid and I felt very comfortable in it. After a while I said I would think about it and was on my way. When I was getting into my own car I took another look at the C Max and said to my husband I want it NOW. I did buy it . It was one of the best purchases I've ever made. I get up to 26 electric miles and my mileage is reading 98.2 mpg. I fill my tank once a month for $44. Thanks Don! More

He spent alot of time with us and answered every question we had. We settled on a used Ford Edge with 20K miles and are very satisfied with our decision. The floor mats were alittle dirty with some minor grease stains and he ordered new ones and dropped them off at our house a week later when they came in and made it crystal clear that after the sale he wanted to hear from us if we had any questions, concerns or problems with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Don and Colonial Ford is your in the market for a vehicle. Bonus was Don is a Military Veteran (as am I) and coincidentally we both served in Desert Storm and Don went out of his way to get me an even better deal than I thought I'd get so I'd say they are a Military Veteran friendly facility as well More
