The entire process was very professional and welcoming. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly. Salesman made sure that any available bonuses or rebates were applied. Financing Manager was similarly easy to work with. This is the latest of several vehicles purchased by myself or family members and the services top shelf!
My 2024 Edge kept giving me a warning the car was going into battery saving mode. I had an appointment a week away to do the works package, but this message was happening 2-3 times a day. I called and they squeezed me in the next day. They replaced the battery, and also did the works package the same day.
I had a good experience at colonial ford. They didn't have the Bronco Badlands that I wanted , but they were able to get the one that I wanted from Mass. I'm super happy with my Bronco. It's super cool.
Friendly and very knowledgeable team at Colonial Ford. I will definitely be back to buy another from them.
Very poor response from the so called dealer manager. Reported to him about his driver blocking me in a handicap stall which is marked NO PARKING. a who cares attitude. Then the driver say where’s your wheelchair. What a jerk. The manager then says maybe he’s handicapped. I would love to add the photos and video to prove what occurred.
