We walked into the dealership and had the Costco price given to us immediately. The price was great. No sales pressure was given. We had to order our F250 from the factory which was no problem for Colonial. We were even able to make a small modification to our order several days later. Our truck arrived prior to the original estimated date. We were kept informed of the build progress by Pat Stavola through email. Our truck was exactly as we ordered it with no problems. The whole purchasing experience was stress free thanks to Pat. The dealership also arranged for the loan and presented several different loan options. I highly recommend Colonial. More

He then set me up with Sal Ruggiero to complete the ordering process. Sal was extremely knowledgable of the F150 and nailed the truck to a tee! Delivery came 8 weeks later and the delivery process went splendidly. All in all, a wonderful car (truck) buying experience. 100% satisfied. I searched the internet and found the Explorer I was looking for at Colonial Ford in Danbury, Ct. . I e-mailed Colonial Ford to see if the SUV was still available. Within minutes Denise Cerullo called me back, answered all my questions and set us up with an appointment with Dave Gillotti. We walked into Colonial Ford and Dave was greeting us at the door. He had the car waiting for us to test drive and went over the SUV from front to back with us. Dave was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all.
