With the assistance of General Manager Mark Paladino we were able to find the exact car I'd "Built" on the Ford website and he quoted a price that I knew to be very fair. I submitted the credit check over the phone and we picked up the car a couple days later. The car was ready and waiting and they spent at least an hour reviewing all the features. The finance people were very courteous and did not aggressively sell extended warranties and other such extras. It was an overall extremely pleasant experience. More
