Mike is always professional, knowledgeable, very patient, and helpful--if you have a negative picture of the stereotypical "car salesman" in your mind, he's the opposite. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Colonial also has a tremendous inventory, and we had a number of choices within the rather specific parameters we had set. The transaction was fast and trouble free and the car was prepped beautifully. We also were helped by Pat Stavola on Mike's day off and he was terrific as well. We were very impressed by the collegial way these guys work together for the benefit of the client. It's how a car business should be run. Kudos to all the Colonial staff! I had spoken with Mark Palladino in the past and he told me when I was ready to buy, to come on in...so my boyfriend and I came in on Black Friday at 9:00 a.m. We were fortunate enough to get hooked up with Pat Stavola who listened to my wants/needs, discussed an Escape and a Fusion and test drove both. After the test drive and discussion with Pat, it was a no brainer - I was going with the Fusion. It has everything I wanted and more! The car is awesome and has so many cool features including voice commands for everything, an over-the-top navigation system and heated seats AND steering wheel. I went with black with the light interior and it's a beautiful car! Pat was great to deal with...Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and he definitely got me in the right car for me.
